Hunting dates will only be reserved when a 50% deposit is received in our office. Full payment is due August 1 st for all hunting trips. Refunds will only be paid when a written notification is received in our office ninety days (90) prior to hunt start date. Colorado Mountain Expeditions will retain a cancellation fee equal to 50% of initial deposit. Unsuccessful applicants for the elk limited license drawing will be given a full refund.
